Alyssa Valdez named MVP on 2015 V-League Collegiate Season

For the V-League second conference, Ateneo de Manila University team captain Alyssa Valdez bagged the Most Valuable Player award in the Shakey's V-League on Sunday at the San Juan Arena.

According to GMA News, Valdez, who was named MVP in the Open Conference last May, once again received the most coveted individual award in the Collegiate Conference in addition to the Best Outside Hitter honors.

Jaja Santiago and Ateneo's Bea de Leon and Giselle Tan was named Best Middle Blocker and Best Setter respectively.

Earlier, Ateneo Lady Eagles beat NU in three straight sets on Game 1 of the Best of Three V-League Inter-Collegiate Finals.

Ateneo wins in 3 sets, 25-19, 25-13, 25-21.
